Select
Drag boxes to move them. Click a box to select it.
Add Box
Click anywhere on the canvas to place a new box.
Connect
Click one box then another to draw a line between them.
Del Line
Hover a line and click to delete it. Right-click also works anytime.
Del Box
Click a box to delete it along with its connections.
Grid
Toggle snap-to-grid. Boxes align to a 20px grid while moving.

Editing

Delete
Remove selected box or hovered line
Backspace
Same as Delete (when not typing)

Save current session
Right-click line
Delete that line instantly
Resize handle
Drag bottom-right corner of a box to resize it
