Welcome to NoteBell ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using notebell.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
NoteBell is a personal productivity platform that allows users to create visual idea boards, notes, schedule SMS reminders, and connect third-party services including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
NoteBell is a paid subscription service at $5.00 USD per month, processed securely through Stripe.
Free trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Auto-renewal: After the 7-day trial, your subscription automatically renews at $5.00/month and your card on file will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app (click your username → Manage Subscription / Cancel) or by contacting us. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial, you retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
Refunds: Subscription charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@notebell.com within 7 days of the charge.
Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe. NoteBell does not store your full card details. By providing your payment information, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
By providing your mobile phone number and completing phone verification, you consent to receive SMS messages from NoteBell including:
Message frequency: Varies based on reminders you schedule. You may receive one-time login codes as needed.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also manage your notification preferences within your account settings.
NoteBell offers optional integration with Google services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) via Google OAuth. By connecting your Google account, you authorize NoteBell to access the specific Google data described during the authorization flow, solely to provide features within the NoteBell application.
You retain ownership of all content you create on NoteBell. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You agree not to use NoteBell to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time by contacting us.
After cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, your account and all associated data (notes, boards, files, and sessions) remain accessible for 30 days from the cancellation date. This gives you time to export or back up anything you need. After 30 days, your account and all data are permanently and irrecoverably deleted from our servers.
After account deletion: If you request immediate account deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
NoteBell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Third-party integrations (Google, Twilio, etc.) are subject to their own availability and terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoteBell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any issues arising from third-party integrations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
